How to Register at Prince Casino in Canada

19 is the minimum age to sign up at Prince Casino in most provinces, and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The form asks for details that are later compared with your ID during verification. Collecting them before you start saves you from editing the account afterwards, which usually means a request to support.

Have these four things ready before you open the form, because each one is checked at some point:

• An email address you can open on the same device
• A Canadian mobile number that receives SMS
• Your legal name, date of birth and home address exactly as they appear on your ID
• Your province of residence

The currency you choose at sign-up stays on the account, so picking CAD keeps every deposit and withdrawal free of conversion.

A Password That Holds Up

Your password protects both your balance and your verified documents. These checks help you pick a strong one:

• At least 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols
• Not reused from your email or any other site
• Stored in a password manager rather than in your browser notes

After the first login, open account settings and turn on two-step verification if it is offered there.

Do You Need a Prince Casino Bonus Code?

The welcome bonus is credited automatically after the first deposit, so no Prince Casino promo code is needed for it. If you see a code field at sign-up or in the cashier, leave it empty unless a current code appears in the Promotions section. For the full list of bonus Prince Casino offers, including the weekend reload and weekly cashback, see the bonuses page.

Common Sign-Up Problems

Most failed registrations come down to one of three issues, and each has a check you can run yourself:

• No confirmation email: look in spam and promotions folders, then request a new link from the confirmation screen.
• Code rejected: SMS codes expire, so request a fresh one and confirm your number was entered with the +1 prefix.
• Province not listed: if your province is missing from the dropdown, registrations from it are not accepted; live chat can confirm this.

Prince Casino asks every player to confirm their identity because anti-money laundering rules and its licence conditions require it to know who is depositing and withdrawing. The same check keeps under-age players out and stops one person from opening several accounts to claim repeat bonuses. It also makes it much harder for someone who has obtained your Prince Casino login to cash out your balance.

The request usually appears before your first withdrawal. It can also come later, when your deposits or withdrawals pass a threshold set in the Terms and Conditions. You upload the files in the verification area of your account profile. Review usually takes from a few hours up to a couple of business days. A blurry scan or a name that does not match your registration can stretch that, and the casino does not guarantee an exact time.

Documents You May Need

Three groups of documents cover most checks, and support may ask for a different example if one file is unclear.

Your files are processed in line with the Prince Casino Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is stored and how to send a request about it.

A file the verification team cannot read is sent back, and the review starts again from the new upload.

Verification only works if the account was opened correctly in the first place, so these conditions are worth checking before you deposit at the Prince online casino. The full wording sits in the Terms and Conditions linked in the site footer.

• 19+ in most provinces, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts can be closed and their winnings voided.
• Accurate details at registration: legal name, date of birth and address exactly as on your documents.
• Residency in a province where casino Prince accepts players, as listed in the Terms and Conditions.

Licensing and how player funds are protected are covered separately in the Is Prince Casino Safe? section on the homepage.
