Prince Casino App Features vs the Mobile Site
One login opens the casino lobby, the Prince sportsbook and the cashier in the Prince Casino app. The mobile browser offers the same games with nothing to install.
What You Can Do in the Prince Casino App
The Prince Casino app uses the same account as the desktop site, so your balance, active offers and bet history are already there when you sign in. The list below shows what the app covers, which helps you decide whether it adds anything to how you already play.
- Game lobby: slots, live casino tables and jackpot games, sorted by category and searchable by title or provider.
- Prince sportsbook: pre-match markets and live betting on events in progress, using the same balance as the casino.
- Fast login: fingerprint or face unlock where your phone supports it. Otherwise you enter your email and password as usual.
- Push notifications: alerts about new promotions and account messages. You can switch them off in your phone settings at any time.
- CAD payments: deposits and withdrawals in Canadian dollars through the cashier, with the same methods as on desktop.
- Support access: the help section and contact options are available from the app menu without opening a browser.
App vs Mobile Browser: Comparison Table
Both options run the same Prince online casino, and the differences are mostly in convenience rather than content. The table compares the two point by point, and the last column shows where the result depends on your device.
| Feature | Prince Casino app | Mobile browser |
|---|---|---|
| Speed | Faster start, menus load from the installed app | Depends on connection and browser cache |
| Storage use | Takes space on the phone, plus cached data | No install, only browser cache |
| Notifications | Push alerts for promotions, if you allow them | Not available in most browsers |
| Login convenience | Biometrics on supported devices | Email and password, or saved browser login |
| Game access | Slots, live casino, jackpots and sportsbook | Same lobby and sportsbook |
| Updates | Installed manually or through the app store | Applied automatically on page load |
| Compatibility | Requires a supported Android or iOS version | Works in any current mobile browser |
If your phone has limited storage or runs an older system version, the browser is the more practical choice, and nothing in the game selection changes as a result.

Prince Casino App: Frequently Asked Questions
One Prince Casino login works in the app, on desktop and in the mobile browser. The age limit is 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Is the Prince Casino app free to download?
C$0 is the cost of downloading the Prince Casino app from the official website. You pay only when you make a deposit in the cashier to play for real money. If a third-party site asks for payment or extra permissions before the download, close it and return to the official Prince Casino page.
Is the Prince Casino app safe and legal in Canada?
Online gambling rules in Canada are set by each province, so the answer depends on where you live. Before you deposit, run two checks:
- Read the licence details in the footer of the official site.
- If you live in Ontario, look the operator up on the iGaming Ontario list of registered operators.
Install the app only from the official Prince Casino website.
Is the casino Prince app available on Android and iPhone?
Yes, the app runs on Android phones and on iPhones. The download links are on the official site:
- On Android, allow installation from your browser when the phone asks for it.
- On iPhone, follow the prompt that appears on the same page.
The full install guide earlier on this page covers each step.
How do I update the Prince Casino app?
When a new version is released, the app usually shows an update prompt at launch. If it does not, follow these steps:
- Delete the old version.
- Download the current version from the official site.
Your balance and bonuses are tied to your account, not to the device, so reinstalling the app does not remove them.
Can I use my Prince Casino login from desktop in the app?
Yes, the same email and password open your account on desktop, in the mobile browser and in the app. If you forget your password, use these steps:
- Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
- Open the reset link sent to your registered email and set a new password.
You do not need a second account for the app.
Can I claim bonuses and use promo codes in the app?
Yes, the app shows the same offers as the website. The welcome package of up to C$2,000 + 300 free spins is credited automatically after your first deposit, and no promo code is needed. Two more offers appear in the Promotions section:
- Weekend Reload: 50% up to C$500
- Weekly Cashback: up to 15% on losses
Wagering for each offer is listed in the full terms.
Can I use the Prince betting site in the app?
Yes, the Prince online sportsbook sits in the same app as the casino lobby and uses the same balance and login. Open the sports tab from the main menu to view markets and place bets. The rules for each market and the settlement terms are in the sportsbook section of the site rules.
What should I do if the app won't install or keeps crashing?
Most install and crash problems come from storage, an old version or system settings. Work through these checks in order:
- Free up storage and update your phone's operating system.
- Delete the app and download it again from the official site.
- On Android, check that installation from your browser is allowed.
If the problem continues, contact live chat and include your device model.
